About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding squads on Agile practices and methodologies, helping them achieve their committed sprint deliverables, and fostering a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, transparency, self-organization, creativity, continuous improvement, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities for Agile-Based IT delivery projects and support the day-to-day activities of the PMO staff.
  • Work with the Product Owner and technology leads to manage project scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Ensure that project goals and deliverables are met and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Report on project and program progress and milestones, manage scope, schedule, and budget through the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage impediments and report on delivered value and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with project management tools and technologies.
