Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead projects from initiation to delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, meeting quality standards and staying within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Manage user stories in Jira and prioritize tasks for agile execution.
  • Conduct regular progress checks and validate implementation before UAT.
  • Coordinate UAT execution and obtain signoff.
  • Track project progress and overall health.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and management.
  • Strong experience in managing web and mobile applications.
  • PMP Certification and product management experience is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Angular, Node JS, React JS, React Native, Java, MySQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
