About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash Process Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Order to Cash process, ensuring efficient and effective management of customer credit and financial operations. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement guidelines to increase sales and reduce receivables from all accounts, with a focus on delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to improve the Order to Cash process
* Work with senior management to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the business process
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the Order to Cash process
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Administration Delivery
* Proven experience in handling all aspects of O2C
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
