Lead Digital Design Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our organization and lead the design of user-centered digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements that align with business goals and meet high standards of usability and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on design and development tasks.
• Conduct thorough user research and testing to validate design decisions and inform future product developments.
• Develop and maintain a robust design system to foster consistency across platforms and applications.
• Foster close collaboration with developers to guarantee accurate implementation and timely delivery of projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design best practices.
• Experience working with web and mobile platforms, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design solutions in fast-paced environments while maintaining clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
• Familiarity with motion design or basic front-end development is a plus, as is knowledge of accessibility standards and user testing tools.
Nice to Have:
• Proficiency in front-end development or experience with visual design tools like Sketch or Figma can be advantageous in this role.
