Job Title: Senior Digital Design Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Design Lead to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for leading the design of our digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create innovative, user-centered design solutions. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to translate complex business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather crucial feedback, using it to refine designs and ensure they meet user needs
  • Work closely with developers throughout the implementation process to ensure designs are translated accurately and maintain consistency across the platform
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a designer, specifically in a B2B environment, with a preference for SaaS or tech
  • A strong portfolio that effectively showcases your UI/UX design skills, creativity, and depth of thought
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
  • An excellent understanding of fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, and user-centered design
