Role and Responsibilities:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the helm of our digital endeavors, responsible for a diverse array of tasks aimed at achieving outstanding results and client satisfaction:

Team Leadership and Management:

● Lead a team of developers, SEO specialists, social media executives, content writers, graphic and UI designers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

● Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project completion within set timelines and budgets.

● Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, nurturing a high-performing culture.

Client Engagement and Liaison:

● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and requirements.

● Establish strong client relationships, acting as a liaison between clients and our team of experts.

● Upsell and retain existing clients by identifying additional service opportunities aligned with their needs.

Strategic Planning and Goal Definition:

● Collaborate with clients to define clear and measurable campaign goals and objectives.

● Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client expectations and industry best practices.

Campaign Performance Analysis and Reporting:

● Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients. ● Generate regular reports showcasing campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Resource and Budget Planning:

● Efficiently allocate resources across projects, ensuring optimal team productivity and project success.

● Collaborate with teams to create budgets and manage expenses in alignment with client and agency goals. 

Social Media Campaign Management:

● Create, manage, and optimize captivating social media campaigns across various platforms.

● Implement innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Web Development Project Management:

● Oversee web development projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

● Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless website launches.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

● Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and client relations.

● Strong leadership and team management abilities.

● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in budget planning and resource management.

● Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

● In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

● Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
