Job Title: Finance Business Lead

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in working capital finance, including cash credit, overdrafts, bank guarantees, letters of credit, supply chain financing, invoice factoring, and trade credit.

They should be skilled in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners, including banks, NBFCs, fintech firms, and other financial institutions.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify potential partners and build relationships to drive growth in working capital finance solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partners and expand the existing partner network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, legal, and finance, to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services, with a focus on working capital finance solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within partnership performance.
