Supply Chain Transformation Leader

Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Transformation Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of innovative logistics systems. Your key focus will be on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an efficient order-to-invoice system to minimize cycle times and maximize productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance visibility, control, and decision-making across the supply chain.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve strategic objectives while minimizing costs.
  • Lead training programs to upskill C&FAs and warehouse managers on digitization and continuous improvement.
  • Implement improvement initiatives in O2I aligned with the larger customer service strategy.
  • Build future-ready digitization systems and processes by leveraging best practices in logistics and technology.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in supply chain leadership roles.
  • A deep understanding of current trends and best practices in logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in SAP and digital tools such as DOMO.
