Supply Chain Strategist

The Supply Chain Strategist will lead the development of distribution plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize product availability and reduce inventory risks.
  • Design and implement inventory holding policies and norms based on network lead times and SKU classification.
  • Optimize dispatch plans considering FTL loads, promotional priorities, and seasonality.
  • Establish replenishment mechanisms across all inventory nodes and ensure stock availability and fill rate ownership.
  • Identify and monitor slow-moving/obsolete stocks and design mitigation and liquidation plans to minimize risk.
  • Manage demand-supply balancing for institutional channels and MTO orders, work closely with warehouse teams to measure and redefine service level agreements, and collaborate with logistics teams for efficient vehicle planning and load optimization.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning/distribution planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel.
  • Ability to manage complexity of large SKU base and multi-channel distribution.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive mind-set with ability to balance cost, availability, and service levels.
