Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Content Marketer to spearhead our growth initiatives. As the Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in assisting marketing and sales teams while collaborating with the content team on key projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and oversee content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives. Plan and execute content calendars to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and hone the brand voice and identity. Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns driving company objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Align and empower yourself and the team to achieve maximum results, meeting individual and team targets.
  • Analysis: Monitor and analyze creative content performance. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing or content production.
  • Educational background in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly.
  • A strong generalist mindset with adaptability in early-stage startups. Ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve.
  • Continuous learning and experimentation mindset.
