The role involves generating ad creatives, deploying them into Ads Manager or lifecycle tools, and monitoring performance metrics. You will also experiment with Instagram-style content, UGC-style creatives, and email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns.

You will need strong creative skills, including copywriting and design. Proficiency in AI-first tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, and ElevenLabs is essential. Experience with deployment tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Interakt, and MoEngage is also required.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work across the full funnel – ads, product detail pages, lifecycle, and social. The ideal candidate has experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles or a strong portfolio in AI creative work. A fast learner with a scrappy operator mindset and a passion for performance is a must.

A Day in Your Life:
• Morning: Review performance metrics from yesterday's creatives.
• Mid-day: Generate 3–5 new ad variations (image + video + copy).
• Afternoon: Deploy creatives into Ads Manager/lifecycle tools.
• Evening: Review early signals, note what's working vs. not, and prep tomorrow's iterations.
