Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to lead and deliver projects successfully.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, managing risks, issues, and changes effectively.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting for transparency and audit readiness.
  • Foster collaboration among teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • Proven experience (typically 4+ years) managing projects, preferably with a PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
