Operations Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the management of all operational activities, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment. This role involves day-to-day operations including managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supervising teams, and coaching team leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage operational functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Supervise and manage teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze reports and statistical data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Develop customized reporting to measure and track operational statistics, data, and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Commerce.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the contact center industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Operations Management role overseeing front-line employees.
  • Experience in client relationship management, employee development, and coaching.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
