
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering and developing new business relationships with MSME clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new MSME relationships through strategic outreach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across Branch Banking, MSME Associations, and other relevant departments.
- Build and grow the asset book by extending working capital facilities and term loans to MSME clients.
- Create and manage liability accounts comprising current, savings, and fixed deposits, as well as offer trade and transaction products like cash management services and treasury products.
- Enhance profitability and client retention by cross-selling additional products and services, such as POS machines, salary accounts, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Collaborate with risk, operations, and service teams to ensure efficient loan delivery and client onboarding.
- Meet performance targets by optimizing productivity and consistently delivering high-quality results.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Prior experience in Banking/NBFC, particularly in Working Capital.
