Job Title:

Social Listening & Analytics Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Listening & Analytics expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing social listening and analytics reports, with a strong understanding of ORM & Social Listening tools available in the market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication skills. They will also be able to develop approaches for complex analyses, gain consensus with stakeholders internally and externally, and integrate additional data sources to add richness of insights and strategy.

In addition, the candidate will need to present deliverables with commentary, verbatim, and visualization of data, driving action towards Media, Communication, Campaign through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships. They will also have a passion for engaging with clients and delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social listening and analytics reports
  • Develop approaches for complex analyses
  • Present deliverables with commentary, verbatim, and visualization of data
  • Drive action towards Media, Communication, Campaign through data-driven insights
Requirements:
  • PG in Marketing, Business, or Analytics
  • Min. 6 years of work experience in Social Listening & Analytics
  • Experience of working in agency/brand within similar domain
