We are seeking an experienced Social Media Expert to drive our digital presence across leading platforms. The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel social media strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring impactful engagement and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and social listening for trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content including images, videos, carousels, polls, and stories.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and optimize campaigns through A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to produce impactful assets.
  • Execute paid and organic campaigns with focus on targeted audience reach and engagement.
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Build and manage online communities while ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Engage with influencers, advocates, and thought leaders to expand reach.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to enhance strategies.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs (impressions, engagement, conversions, lead quality, etc.).
  • Leverage analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics).
  • Prepare insightful reports and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with social media policies and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, paid campaigns, and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in analytics and reporting.
  • Creative approach with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools, transcription, translation, and content analysis is an advantage.
