Hii Please go through the below details and acknowledge this email to confirm your interest to apply for this position Job Role- Social Media Listening AnalystExp 5 yearsLocation Mumbai WFH Type Full-timeShift Time- 7 PM to 3 AMResponsibilities Utilizing social media listening tools and analytics platforms to gather data and extract actionable insights Handling comprehensive datasets and identify social themes and sentiments Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to provide strategic recommendations to the client Planning ahead and setting up reporting templates for upcoming projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research marketing and client services to deliver comprehensive insights and solutions Learn and quickly adapt to the proprietary software Meeting deadline with a high degree of accuracy for every project Stay updated on industry trends best practices and new technologies in social media listening and analytics Requirements Skillsets Bachelor s or Postgraduates Degree 3-5 years of proven experience in social media listening or a similar role with experience working on report templates as well as customised reports Proficiency in data analysis tools Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling reports Completes projects in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy Active multi-tasker with an innate sense of understanding and self-managing shift in priorities Active understanding of all major social media platforms Self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced changing environment
