As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in implementing agile frameworks and techniques to deliver high-quality products. Your primary focus will be on prioritizing individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate regular team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement sessions, to foster collaboration and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product owners, solution management, and partners to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs, focusing on delivery acceleration and business outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to RTEs, Scrum Masters, and Product Management teams to deliver value effectively and adhere to agile methodologies.
- Monitor and report on team progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with solution objectives.
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with services and support to schedule issue resolution for released products.
- Masters degree with 4-6 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, OR Bachelors degree with 6-8 years of experience in the same fields, OR Diploma with 10-12 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
- Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for tackling complex challenges with data.
- Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a multi-functional team.
- Deep understanding of DevOps and Test Automation Processes in software delivery.
- Workshop facilitation and training experience.
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar (preferred).
- Certified SAFe RTE or similar (preferred).
