Job Title: MS D365 Retail Solutions Architect (Contractual)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled MS D365 Retail Solutions Architect on a contractual basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in POS, MPOS, CPOS, and Tokenization, with a proven track record of delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail, including POS, MPOS, and CPOS modules.
  • Design, configure, and implement solutions related to Tokenization, Payment Integrations, and Refund processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver seamless MS D365 Retail solutions.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, functional support, and end-user training to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of MS D365 Retail solutions with client systems and third-party applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in MS D365 Retail implementation and support.
  • Strong expertise in POS, MPOS, CPOS, and Tokenization (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in Payment Integrations and Refund processes.
  • Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical configurations within MS D365 Retail.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver within timelines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
