Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality control team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of data quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate data quality challenges and issues.
  • Develop and implement data quality policies and validation rules.
  • Monitor activities to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality metrics, and client guidelines.
  • Track performance using data quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback.
  • Collect and analyze complex data related to quality control processes.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights.
  • Address quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to quality control processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Process Excellence and data creation teams to implement best practices and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in any field is required.
  • Certifications in quality management are highly desirable.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management is required.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results and outcomes.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years of analyst experience is required.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
