Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our SD-WAN team.
Your Role and Responsibilities- You will work in a small, fast-paced environment to solve complex customer problems and deliver impactful results.
- You will contribute to all phases of end-to-end product validation.
- You will collaborate with the Product Management, Technical Marketing, and Customer Support teams to understand customer needs.
- You will work closely with Development and Quality Assurance groups to achieve high-quality products.
- You will suggest and implement improvements to the QA process.
- You will work with DevOps and Technical Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues.
- You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and support customer deployments as needed.
- 10 to 18 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Expertise in standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs.
- Experience in testing Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols like BGP, OSPF & EIGRP, MPLS, IPSec, QoS, NAT, and policies.
- Knowledge of networking features like Multicast, IPv6, DNS, NAT & DHCP.
- Experience in System, Solution, Scale, Performance, interoperability, and failover testing of SD-WAN solutions.
- You will own the test strategy, architecture, and execution plans for enterprise-scale SD-WAN solutions.
- You will be able to build and maintain complex networking testbeds.
- Expertise in performance characterization of networking products.
- Experience with test orchestration, control plane, data plane, and security features of SD-WAN platforms.
- Proficiency in using traffic generators (Ixia, Spirent), protocol analyzers (Wireshark), and monitoring tools.
- Expertise in Automation/Programming using Python and RestAPIs.
- You will design and implement test frameworks, environments, and automation for system-level validation.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi, qemu/kvm, Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
