Voice and Accent Trainer

As a Voice and Accent Trainer, you will play a key role in empowering our employees with the skills they need to succeed. Your expertise in language and soft skills training will be invaluable in helping us drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training solutions to address knowledge and skill gaps
  • Support frontline support engineers in language and soft skills
  • Identify performance gaps in language and soft skills and develop strategies to bridge them
  • Provide leadership for transaction monitoring process and measure language effectiveness level from entry to exit
  • Deliver tailor-made courses as needed and create content using ID principles
  • Utilize analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel to inform training decisions
  • Develop excellent presentation skills to engage and motivate learners
