Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and managing ServiceNow Employee Center Pro/Service Portal to deliver a seamless self-service experience for end-users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Knowledge Management (KM) solutions, ensuring content is well-organized, searchable, and meets user needs.

In addition, the candidate will develop and optimize Performance Analytics (PA) dashboards to provide insights into self-service effectiveness, platform usage, and key performance metrics.

The role also involves configuring and managing Virtual Agent to automate common user queries and enhance the overall self-service experience.

A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and front-end development skills are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and optimizing mobile applications to extend self-service functionality across mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and ease of use.

The candidate will work collaboratively with UX designers to improve the user interface and ensure the portal aligns with best practices in user experience across both desktop and mobile platforms.

The successful candidate will also integrate self-service solutions with other ServiceNow modules, ensuring a cohesive user experience across platforms and devices.

Additionally, the candidate will manage and optimize platform configurations, including mobile responsiveness and adaptive UI layouts.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are required for this position, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

The candidate will work effectively with global, virtual teams and have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
