ERP Timekeeping and Scheduling Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ERP specialist with expertise in timekeeping and scheduling systems to support healthcare workforce operations.

  • This role involves daily system support, configuration, and issue resolution in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Configure shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
  • Troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, system rules, and integrations.
  • Participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of ERP experience in timekeeping and scheduling system support.
  • Functional knowledge of Workday Timekeeping (or equivalent systems).
  • Prior experience with ShiftWizard or similar workforce scheduling tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with badge systems and healthcare workforce compliance regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Workday Timekeeping or other relevant technologies.
