As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality production output, adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). With prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry preferred, your expertise will drive process improvements, optimize production processes, and manage engineering changes efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Production & Output Responsibility: Ensure maximum yield while maintaining SOP compliance.
  • Solar/Chemical Industry/Mechanical Experience: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly valued.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Initiate projects aimed at enhancing yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Engineering & Trials Management: Manage engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds effectively.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge & Documentation: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Manpower management & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and lead team members effectively.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain safe work practices and comply with ISO standards and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)
