Marketing Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our marketing efforts in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making.

About the Role:

  • The Marketing Insights Specialist will work closely with our marketing team to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • This role requires the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets, identify key insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • The successful candidate will be able to build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify key insights and trends.
  2. Reporting and Visualization: Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  3. Insight Development: Identify key findings and develop recommendations for business growth.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
