We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of International Voice / Blended Process. In this dynamic and fast-paced international BPO team, you will handle customer calls and chats, resolve queries with empathy, and contribute to excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats as per process requirements.
  • Resolve customer queries with professionalism.
  • Meet defined quality and performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to process compliance and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A customer-first attitude.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Excellent spoken English and ability to handle global customers.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
