Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Messaging Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and maintain network operations, including proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations of SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting.
  3. Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for VAS related issues.
  4. Head to Head testing/configuration with clients.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and sponsor introducing system changes to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
