Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Tour Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Tours & Travels division, you will play a pivotal role in building memorable travel experiences for our clients.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating end-to-end travel itineraries, handling client queries effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain knowledge of destinations, products, and services to provide expert recommendations to our clients.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Customer Service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
  • A passion for travel and delivering outstanding client experiences is mandatory.
