Role Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented operations professionals to join our team. This role provides hands-on exposure to operational processes and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions.
- Coordinate with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage inventory, school readiness, and other critical tasks.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and data trackers.
- Draft professional emails and communication updates.
- Assist in planning and execution of new initiatives and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
