Chef De Partie Job Opportunity

This is a chance to become part of an upscale dining establishment as a skilled culinary professional.

We are looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of experience in continental cuisine who can demonstrate exceptional skills and adaptability.

The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalism at all times during service.
  • Demonstrate efficient time management, presentation, and workflow to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the section allocated, including cookery techniques and ingredients.
  • Understand the brand's values and cooking methods to deliver consistent results.
  • Maintain service standards for food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure mise en place is performed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Chefs regarding section operations.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to support section operation.

The successful candidate should be able to manage multiple sections in the kitchen and provide excellent customer service. They should also maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should be punctual, wear the correct uniform, maintain high standards of hygiene and grooming, and be flexible to take on additional duties within their capacity.
