**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Owner - Open Banking to lead and guide our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and especially PSD2 in Europe and Open Banking in the UK, as well as Open Finance. This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking and financial clients.

  • Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance), interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
**What You Will Be Doing**
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  2. Monitor regulatory developments, including the EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
  3. Stay updated with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**

We are looking for someone with:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
