Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Strategist with 3+ years of experience to lead our organic growth engine. This is a high-ownership role perfect for someone ready to build and scale SEO initiatives from the ground up.

You'll work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams, and play a key role in shaping our digital presence, building future teams, and driving measurable business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with experience working with CMS platforms and technical SEO elements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
  • Optimize content and website architecture for better rankings and user experience.
  • Lead link-building campaigns and off-page strategies.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Set up systems, processes, and documentation for scalable SEO operations.
  • Train and mentor future hires as the team grows.
  • Stay on top of algorithm changes, tools, and trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and technical SEO elements.
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a startup/fast-paced environment.
