Lead Software Developer - Full Stack Java

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Software Developer to spearhead the design and development of scalable applications using Java for the backend and , primarily, for the frontend. As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technological innovation.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot, as well as proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based UI development is highly desirable. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL or MongoDB is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications leveraging Java/Spring Boot on the backend and
  2. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces
  3. Work on RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend components
  4. Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
  5. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to best practices
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
  • Proficiency in , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based UI development
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Working knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
  • Exposure to unit testing frameworks like JUnit and frontend testing with Jest or Enzyme
  • Good understanding of performance optimization and security best practices
Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
