As a Technical Consultant Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical hiring processes. This dynamic opportunity involves streamlining interviews and empowering companies to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities- Perform daily and weekly reporting tasks to ensure seamless communication with the Manager.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of candidate reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Review findings with the panel and collaborate on constructive feedback strategies.
- Address escalation cases efficiently and propose optimal resolutions.
- Ensure timely task completion and meet all assigned deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with diverse tech stacks and multiple technical projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and incident management skills.
- Ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for focused work.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles can be advantageous.
