Strategic Planning Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning professional to join our Commercial Solutions team. The role involves supporting strategic and operational plans for various business areas in the Global Business Unit, creating strategic materials for executive meetings, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive annual planning cycles and multi-year strategic planning in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Monitor industry trends, analyze global and local industry reports, and adopt best practices to inform strategic planning efforts
  • Provide market insights, market landscape, competitors/customer analysis based on project requirements through desk/secondary research
  • Offer data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis and use data and domain knowledge to identify strategic opportunities
  • Prepare and present business cases, financial projections, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives
  • Engage in business development and M&A projects by identifying potential targets and/or supporting due diligence processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support and proactively address business needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences (pharmaceutical and/or medical devices), or a related field
  • Master's/MBA degree preferred
  • 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, M&A advisory, or related fields
  • Exceptional project management skills with capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Proven communication and presentation skills with focus on translating insights and data into actionable recommendations for leaders
