Job Title: Trade Operations Specialist

  • Maintaining and updating export files and bill of lading details in a logistics system on a nationwide basis.
  • Updating all remarks received from the intermodal team regarding import and export cleanup files.
  • Handling all export invoice queries within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Responding to various queries received from vendors, GBs team, and customers.
  • Ensuring timely provision of shipping document data and codes generation within TAT.
  • Following up on outstanding bills payments with vendors and GBs team to align smooth payment process and update the same to receivable team.
  • Following up with vendors until the issue is resolved.
  • Daily coordinating with Mumbai intermodal team for freight order generation and COL updation on LARA and LISA System within TAT.
  • Preparing various reports pertaining to intermodal moves on daily/weekly and monthly basis.
  • Addressing and resolving service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • To ensure that vendors understand the invoicing process, comply with company standards, and submit accurate invoices in a timely manner.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure follow-up is done regularly.
  • Prepare various reports weekly/monthly within given deadline.
  • Send query/messsage immediately. No verbal communication allowed.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a graduate degree.

Required Skills:

  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive/self-motivated/hardworking individual.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Well-versed in MS Office Tools – specially Excel and Power Presentation.
