Product Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product vision and roadmap based on business goals and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap: Define the overall direction and strategy for our products, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Craft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs): Create detailed documents outlining workflows, wireframes, and user journeys to ensure seamless product development.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with engineers to design and implement UI/UX screens that meet user experience requirements.
  • Create workflow diagrams: Develop visual representations of patient journeys, claim processes, and telehealth interactions to optimize product functionality.
  • Ensure integration and compliance: Guarantee smooth integration with APIs, EHRs, and healthcare data systems while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Perform thorough testing to validate product functionality and iterate based on feedback.
  • Monitor key metrics: Track user engagement, retention, and health outcomes to refine product strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Collaborate with tech, sales, and operations teams to drive product adoption and improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare: Possess a minimum of three years' experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Understanding clinical workflows and operations: Have a deep understanding of clinical workflows and operations.
  • Familiarity with medical terminologies and processes: Be familiar with medical terminologies and processes.
  • Strong requirement elicitation skills: Demonstrate strong requirement elicitation skills.
  • Good communication skills: Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acumen for screen design and wireframing: Have an acumen for screen design, mock screens, and wireframing.

Expected Educational Qualification:
