Project Manager

This role involves overseeing project management activities across the organization, encompassing product development timelines, audit processes, and intellectual property rights procedures.

A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics with 5-8 years of experience is required.

Main ResponsibilitiesProject Control & Management
  • Manage and control product development process adherence, escalating non-conformance to the appropriate authority as needed.
  • Monitor VAVE/Cost Saving projects according to approved plans and publish periodic reports to stakeholders.
  • Improve product development process efficiency by collecting and implementing suggestions from cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct regular audits for product development process adherence.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
  • Work as an Intellectual Property coordinator, evaluating patentability of various designs and concepts.
  • Assist with idea disclosure, initial patent searches, tracking patent/design status, and other IP support.
ISO 9001:2015 (Integrated Management System)
  • Handle ISO audits related to Design & Development and work as an Internal Auditor to audit product development processes.
  • Ensure that processes align with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and support ISO audits.
Process Automation
  • Benchmark and implement new processes in PLM software systems.
  • Collect and analyze data from automated manhour booking systems.
Capability Building
  • Provide training for team members on product development processes and PLM software systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities.
