Key Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, media buying, and more.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Preparing media plans and executing efficiently with a proven track record of 10X+ return on ad spend (ROAS) in EdTech.
  • Developing and executing strategies using programmatic ads and media buying to drive measurable results.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.

Other key responsibilities include managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, creating and optimizing ad copies, creatives, and landing pages, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, programmatic ads, and media buying. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of performance metrics, data analysis skills, and proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel. Additionally, the candidate should have strong copywriting and creative judgment skills, good communication and project management abilities.
