Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the quality of testing and timely delivery of projects.
  • Drive test improvement initiatives and create a comprehensive test strategy, plans, and resource allocation.
  • Interact with clients to address project risks and concerns and resolve issues.
  • Report project status to delivery managers and ensure compliance with client and quality processes.
  • Consolidate and report metrics on project activities and manage knowledge on the project.
  • Develop and execute test designs, schedules, and task assignments to team members.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, manage offshore teams, and monitor work progress.
  • Provide inputs and clarifications to offshore teams, track new requirements, and facilitate daily defect discussions.
  • Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore processes, timelines, and coordinate with users for inputs and approvals.
  • Measure and implement metrics and report on testing activities, including results, test suite build, test cases coverage, and defects.
  • Coordinate UAT with various client teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Test Management with Deliverables skills and Core Functional skills related to trade finance and Exim bills (China systems).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
