Process Policy Manager Job

As a key member of our team, the Process Policy Manager will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing process and policy frameworks for various liabilities products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of RBI processes and policies, as well as experience in implementing and adhering to compliance-related items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process and policy frameworks for liabilities products, including Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Debit Cards, and Payment Products.
  • Ensure that all compliance-related items are implemented and adhered to, and assist in external and internal audits.
  • Strengthen systems, controls, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure adherence to RBI circulars.
  • Have a good understanding of RBI processes and policies, audit parameters, AML guidelines, and fraud management.
  • Be responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes, including reporting to RBI/AML/CPU teams.
  • Determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies on branches, customers, and products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies through customer-centric processes.
  • Interact and coordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies and processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant, and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of front-line staff.
  • Ensure that processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Preferably MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college.
  • Prior experience in setting up policies and processes for Liabilities Products will be an added advantage.
