Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Expert to join our financial services organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and assisting in audits.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor, interpret, and implement relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure timely filings and reporting to regulators.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Risk Assessment: Conduct regular internal reviews and risk assessments.
  • Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Track remediation of compliance issues and ensure timely closure.
  • Policy & Documentation: Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for internal compliance controls.
  • Educate internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.
  • Audit & Reporting: Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance queries across departments.

Requirements:

  • CA (Inter), CS, MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management, preferably in financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, FEMA, AML, and other financial regulations.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and MS Excel-based reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
