Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative who will play a crucial role in our sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.

  • You will call customers who have shown interest in Onsurity's products through various acquisition channels and convert leads to sales.
  • You will generate sales through cold calling on data provided by the company.
  • You will acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • You will expand the relationships with existing customers by upselling other relevant products.
  • You will serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
  • You will route qualified opportunities to the appropriate on-ground sales team for further development and closure.
  • You will coordinate with Internal Stakeholders to ensure delivery of the highest standards of Customer Experience.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
