Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our data center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our DC operation, owning service level agreements (SLAs) and performing predictive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, as well as hands-on experience with data center infrastructure. They will possess excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities, to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include leading the shift team, tracking complaints and closing them within SLA deviations, incident management and root cause analysis, asset management, warranty administration, lifecycle management, capacity management, 5 PPM tracking, vendor management, stock record maintenance, and compliance adherence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience.
  • Proven relevant work experience in the Data Center Industry.

The selected candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also possess a solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
