IC Design Leader for Advanced Mixed Signal Projects

Become a key contributor to a dynamic development team focused on creating innovative mixed signal chips.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of complex mixed-signal SoCs from RTL to GDS2
- Mentor and guide a team of skilled implementation engineers in their work
- Collaborate with external IP vendors to integrate blocks into the design
- Ensure that each aspect of the design meets strict technical requirements
- Experience in all phases of the IC design process, including RTL-to-GDS2
- Analog/Mixed/Custom Signal PNR experience preferred to drive partitioning for digital and mixed signal SoCs
- TSMC 7nm PNR sign-off expertise using full COT flow from RTL/gate to GDS
- Hierarchical Place & Route experience
- Floorplanning, clock, and power network architecture and design
- UPF/CPF power intent flow - multiple supply domains (bump, deca, power switch placement methods)
- In-depth understanding of digital design, timing analysis, and DFT
- LVS/DRC/ERC, EMIR (static & dynamic)
- FCBGA I/O ring layout
- Proficiency in EDA Tools: Cadence (Innovus, Voltus), Mentor (Calibre), Ansys (Redhawk, Totem)
