Timing Closure Expert for Advanced Mixed Signal Chip

We are seeking a seasoned timing closure expert to lead the synthesis, static timing, and DFT efforts for an advanced mixed signal chip. As part of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for full chip and block level timing closure ownership throughout the entire project cycle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ASIC design timing closure flow and methodology, with hands-on experience in timing constraints generation and closure. Proficiency in STA tools (Tempus and Primetime) and methodologies for timing closure is necessary, including expertise in OCV, noise, and crosstalk effects on timing.

Additionally, we require strong knowledge of low-power techniques including clock gating, power gating, and millivoltage designs, as well as proficiency in scripting languages (Tcl and Perl). Strong communication skills are also essential for interfacing with different groups.

A successful candidate must be able to solve complex problems and independently drive tasks to completion in a timely manner, working under limited supervision and taking complete accountability.
