As a key contributor to Metal Mandi's business development efforts, you will be responsible for conducting research on scrap sourcing, aggregator networks, and value chain dynamics in your assigned city. This involves identifying and profiling major scrap aggregators, dealers, and value chain players, as well as mapping key clusters, hotspots, and high-volume scrap markets through primary and secondary research.

Job Description
  • Conduct ground-level and desk-based research on scrap sourcing, aggregator networks, competitive landscape, and value chain dynamics in the assigned city.
  • Identify and profile major scrap aggregators, dealers, and value chain players.
  • Map key clusters, hotspots, and high-volume scrap markets using primary (field visits, interviews) and secondary (web, industry databases) research.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
