Capital Markets Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Capital Markets professional to lead our equity fundraising and investment banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in capital market transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on strategic equity fundraising approaches, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Evaluate and ensure all deals comply with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage the execution of end-to-end deals, from due diligence to coordinating with regulators.
  • Analyze financial data, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to inform business decisions.
  • Nurture relationships with institutional investors, high net worth individuals, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay up-to-date on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.

Requirements:

· CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.

· 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.

· Hands-on experience in deal execution for IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.

· Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.

· Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
