We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Nector.io.

Nector.io is a cutting-edge loyalty, rewards, and referral solution designed for eCommerce businesses. Our platform helps companies implement customer retention and loyalty programs to boost repeat purchase rates and conversion rates.

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying high-quality leads. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and data analysis and is proficient in automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize Clay, Expandi, Drippify, and Waalaxy automation workflows for lead generation.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, industry trends, and online tools.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective leads.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Utilize various communication tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Who's Mailing What?, and email marketing to generate leads.
  • Leverage social media for lead generation.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to assess fit and interest.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategies and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their pipeline needs.
  • Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales growth or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and qualifying high-quality leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
